MEET OUR STAFF
At North Dakota Elite, our staff all have personal cheer experience. On top of that, all coaching staff is required to be credentialed by United States All Star Federation (USASF). They are credentialed in both building (stunting) and tumbling up to the level they coach. The All Star rules and regulations are studied and kept up with, and all coaches must pass a written and practical test to demonstrate their knowledge and ability to teach. On top of that, they are required to take various safety tests annually to keep their eligibility status. This ensures that we are teaching our athletes the safest ways to learn and master new skills each season. Each coach must also pass a background check.
COACH CHELSEA
Chelsea is the Owner and Founder of ND Elite. She began her cheer career in middle school and she cheered competitively through high school at West Fargo High School before graduating in 2011. After graduating, Chelsea went on to be a UCA camp instructor, while also coaching at WFHS. In 2013, she became the head coach of the program. That same year, Chelsea commuted to Grand Forks each week to coach at Red River Valley All Stars in their first year as a program before NDE became a reality. In 2014, Chelsea founded North Dakota Elite with long time friend, Brad Hartsoch. Starting small, we rented out various small spaces and hauled our mats all over town as we grew in size. Finally, in 2017, NDE was able to find a place to call home and we established our facility in Fargo, ND. In 2021, her partner in crime retired from his cheer career to pursue other dreams, leaving Chelsea and her coaching staff ready to take on the program, always putting the gym and the athletes first!

COACH BRENNA
EVENTS AND CAMPS DIRECTOR
Coach Brenna is from West Fargo, ND and has been with ND Elite since 2014 as our first coach. She first got involved in cheer in 8th grade and cheered competitively through high school at West Fargo, where she graduated from in 2013. In Brenna’s coaching career at NDE, she has helped many athletes build up their tumbling abilities, has led multiple teams to earn bids to compete at the D2 Summit at Disney World, and she loves coaching private lessons. Her favorite thing about coaching, is watching the kids grow up, work with their teams, and learn so many life lessons along the way during their time in the gym. Along with coaching at ND Elite, Brenna participated in the program's first 18+ team, Domination (2017-2019), and she was also on our first worlds team, Black Magic (2019-2020). In 2022, Brenna and Chelsea worked closely together to bring to life the area’s first cheer competition of its kind called Best of the Midwest. This annual event brought many teams from all over the region and Brenna is excited to coordinate the event again for 2024! COACH EMILY
ALL STAR DIRECTOR
Coach Emily began her cheer career in 8th grade cheering for the West Fargo Packers. She cheered for the Packers a total of 5 years and in that time earned 3 state championship titles. After high school she began coaching the JV cheer team for the WF Packers and after 2 years was promoted to the head coach of the program and has been serving in this position for 4 years. During the last 4 years, the Packers have won two state championships in the stunt off division. Coach Emily has been with NDE a total of 3 years helping with different teams and classes while also cheering on NDE’s 18+ teams, Domination (2018-2019), Black Magic (2019-2021) and most recently COMPETING WITH OUR SENIOR OPEN TEAM, 4Cast (2021-2022). She is USA cheer (formerly AACCA) certified AND NFHS stunt certified.

COACH ACACIA
TUMBLING AND CLASS DIRECTOR
Meet Coach Acacia, originally from Fargo, ND! Her cheer journey began when she was a junior at Sheyenne High School, where she joined the school's first-ever cheer squad. During her time there, she participated in both sideline and competitive cheer. After completing high school in 2016, she continued her cheer career as part of our Elite Senior 2 team, Invasion, at North Dakota Elite. Later, she moved to Lincoln, NE, where she attended the University of Nebraska. While there, she spent two years at Nebraska Cheer Center coaching tumbling classes and two Junior Elite teams. She graduated in 2020 with a bachelors in Journalism and in 2021 returned to NDE as a coach. She has led our Junior 1 team, Vortex to an at-large bid at the D2 Summit in Orlando and helped lead our Junior 1 team Toxic to a fourth place finish at NCA in Dallas and a finalists finish at the D2 Summit. She now coaches our Youth Level 1 team and Junior Level 2 team, as well as serves as our class and tumbling director. Coach Acacia is also the head coach for Davies High School Cheer.

COACH ALLISON
Coach Allison is from West Fargo, ND and the surrounding areas. She started cheering as a Sophomore at WFHS, and was on their first competition team! After graduating in 2004 she went on to cheer at NDSU from 2004-2006. She was a recreational gymnastics coach at American Gold Gymnastics from 2008-2009 before relocating to the Minneapolis area. She cheered at Planet Spirit All Stars from 2010-2016, on their open team, Cyclones. She helped with teams at Southwest All Stars and was a volunteer coach at Triad Athletics while she lived in Minneapolis. She moved back to Fargo in 2016 where she joined the Invaders sideline cheer team that summer.
She has been involved with NDE since 2017 including: Domination, Black Magic, 4Cast, and various stunt off groups. She just finished her first year as a coach at NDE and is looking forward to growing the Prep program, as our Prep Director!

COACH ANNIE
Coach Annie began her cheer career in 9th grade cheering for the West Fargo Packers on the JV and Varsity teams. She cheered for the Packers for 3 years. During this time, she won 2 state titles. Since then she has competed across several states in the US and internationally. After high school, she cheered for the Fargo Invaders Cheerleading team where she continued her love for sideline cheer. In 2016, she competed on her first All Star Cheer Team for ND Elite’s Senior Level 2 team, Invasion. After a few years off, she began competing on ND Elite’s Open Level 4 team, Domination. The following year, she began cheering for ND Elite’s Worlds Team, Black Magic. She retired from her cheerleading career in late 2019 after having her daughter, Myah - and now she coaches for us!

COACH DANIELLE
Danielle began cheerleading all the way back in 8th grade! She continued to cheer for football, basketball, and competitively all throughout high school until graduating in 2011. We are so excited that Danielle has returned to the cheer world to coach for us! You will see her directing classes, novice teams, and prep teams! Danielle is currently married to Mark and they have a daughter, 2 dogs and a cat.

COACH DAVID
David began his cheer career in his home town of Williston, ND at Williston State Community College for the Tetons while completing his Associate’s Degree. He then transferred to North Dakota State University where he continued his newfound passion. He cheered for the NDSU Bison Cheer Team during his entire time there. Now, he has been teaching Middle School and High School, but he is looking to focus more on his love for cheerleading.
While he has been around since the beginning of ND Elite, helping out when available, he is excited to officially help coach the many amazing teams here along with introducing more tumbling classes, coed stunting classes, and private lessons! David has also been a Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) Instructor for five years teaching High School and College cheerleaders at cheer camps across the Midwest and Northeast.
