AGES 3-5

TOTS TUMBLING | AGES 3-5 | TUESDAYS 4 - 4:30 PM OR WEDNESDAYS 4 - 4:30 PM OR SUNDAYS 4:30 - 5 PM

A class for the littlest of tumblers! Spend a half hour each week working on body awareness, movement, and of course - trampoline time!

 

AGES 6-13+

FLEXIBILITY | AGES 6+ | WEDNESDAYS 5:30-6:00 PM

Increase both flexibility and strength in athletes of every skill level. Practicing flexibility and strength is extremely important to maintain athletes’ safety and longevity in the sport which is why this class is perfect for all! Flyers, bases, tumblers, or those wanting to improve general flexibility will work on flexibility of the legs, shoulders, and back. Increased strength and conditioning are incorporated in this 30 minute class.

JUMPS AND MOTIONS | AGES 6+ | SUNDAYS 6:00 - 6:55 PM

Great for athletes of all skill levels! Designed to work flexibility, conditioning, and technique needed to increase jump height and speed. Great for athletes of all skill levels!

Fly Time | AGES 8+ | SUNDAYS 12:00 - 1:00 PM - Price $70/month

This class has one main goal – to give your Athlete time in the air and on drills specific to the skill they are working to perfect in the air. This class is perfect for flyers and aspiring flyers ages 8-18. Flexibility will be built into this 55-minute weekly class to help Athletes perform harder, higher-level skills with ease and confidence. 

The class size is limited to six Athletes maximum on a talented group of three of our NDE Coaching members, and this is the perfect opportunity to get ready for high school or college tryouts, increase comfortability and confidence in a real-life flying situation, and have fun gaining personal skills. 

Due to the nature of the class and limited spots, we will adhere to the following priority guidelines for Athlete enrollment. We encourage anyone interested in being in the class to sign up for a waitlist – please understand that the waitlist may be long and we cannot guarantee you will be able to get into the class.

DANCE ACRO | AGES 8+ | SUNDAYS 4:30 - 5:25 PM

Designed for dancers to come and train tumbling and increase strength. Skills that will be focused on but are not limited to, front and back walkovers, front handspring, aerials, valdez and back handsprings.

INTRO TO TUMBLING | AGES 6-10 | TUESDAYS 5:30-6:25 PM

Perfect for beginners with no prior tumbling experience! Focus on basic body dynamics, muscle control, shoulder and leg strength and flexibility. Skills that will be worked on in this class, arm to head positioning for basic level tumbling, forward and backward rolls, lunges from both sides, handstand, cartwheel from both sides, bridges, backbends and starting to work on bridge kick-overs.

BEGINNER TUMBLING | AGES 6-10, 10-13 | TUESDAYS 4:30-5:25 PM OR THURSDAYS 3:30-4:25 PM

Develop confidence and build muscle strength while focusing on the foundations of tumbling. Work on coordination, flexibility, and balance. Skills include, but are not limited to: lunges from both sides, arm to head positioning for basic level tumbling, forward and backward rolls, handstands, handstand forward roll, cartwheel from both sides, round off, back bends and bridge kick-overs.

Prerequisite: Handstand, Cartwheel

 

LEVEL 1 TUMBLING | AGES 6+ | MONDAYS 4:30 - 5:25 PM, TUESDAYS 4:30-5:25 PM, OR SUNDAYS 3:30 - 4:25 PM

Focus on balance, technique, and full-body coordination. This class is structured to be the next natural step after all basics are mastered and the athlete has moved up from Intro to Tumbling and Beginner Tumbling. Skills include, but are not limited to, backbend kick over from both legs, back extension roll, back walkover, switch kick, front limber, cartwheel back walkover, back walkover series, forward roll front walkover, round off, and specialty passes. Increased strength and conditioning are incorporated.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLING | AGES 6+ | SUNDAYS 3:30-4:25 PM, MONDAYS 3:30-4:25 PM, OR THURSDAYS 6:30-7:25 PM

Continue building confidence with tumbling skills while working muscle control and perfecting technique. Must have mastered all skills from Level 1 tumbling. Skills include, but are not limited to, back limber, standing back handspring, back handspring step out, round off back handspring, front handspring, back handspring series, back walkover back handspring, back handspring rebound, and specialty pass. Increased strength and conditioning are incorporated.

LEVEL 3 TUMBLING | AGES 7+ | MONDAYS 4:30-5:25 PM, WEDNESDAYS 4:30-5:25 PM, OR SUNDAYS 3:30 - 4:25 PM

Focus on core engagement, speed, and consistency. Athletes must have mastered all skills from Level 2. Skills that will be focused on are, but not limited to, side and front aerial, punch front, back tuck shaping, standing back handspring series, round off back tuck, front walkover round off back handspring rebound, round off back handspring back tuck, round off tuck, standing tuck, and specialty pass. Increased strength and conditioning are incorporated.

LEVEL 4 TUMBLING | AGES 8+ | TUESDAYS 5:30-6:25 PM

Focus on speed, consistency, and technique. Athletes must have mastered all skills from Level 3. Skills that will be focused on are, but not limited to, standing back handspring tuck, whips, round off whip, layout, round off whip to tuck, punch front thru tuck, layout step out, front walkover round off back handspring layout, onodi, specialty pass. Increased strength and conditioning are incorporated.

*Introduction to Arabian and twisting skills once skills above are mastered with perfect technique.

LEVEL 5+ TUMBLING | AGES 8+ | SUNDAYS 3:30-4:25 PM

Focus on speed, consistency, and technique. Athletes must have mastered all skills from Level 4. Skills that will be focused on are, but not limited to, round off back handspring full, arabians, punch front thru to full, onodi and specialty passes. Increased strength and conditioning are incorporated.

*Introduction to Arabian and twisting skills once skills above are mastered with perfect technique.
