All Levels Tumbling
Our tumbling classes are designed to improve specific skills and perfection of technique for the individual athlete, as well as progress them through the next set of skills. We use a station concept in our tumbling classes to ensure athletes are progressing in standing tumbling, running tumbling and jumps as well as conditioning their bodies for cheer or dance routines.
Three different sessions available:
Mondays from 6-7pm with Maddie Daub
Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm with Brenna Raab
Sundays from 1-2pm with Maddie Daub
Flight & Flexibility
This class is designed to work on flying techniques including flyer flexibility, conditioning, drills, and possible actual time in the air.
Mondays from 7:30-8:30pm with Maddie Daub
Jump class will focus solely on jump conditioning, technique and flexibility.
Two different sessions available:
Wednesdays from 5-5:30 with Malik Smith
Wednesdays from 6:30-7pm with Brenna Raab
This class is designed to work on flying in coed stunts. Athletes enrolling in this class should have experience flying all-girl or coed. Athletes in this class will also work on coed flying technique, conditioning and drills.
Wednesdays from 6-7pm with Malik Smith & Brad Hartsoch
Get the kids out of the house and give them a fun and safe place to play! Tiny Tikes is an open gym style class where kids will have the opportunity to explore the gym and play on equipment of their choice. Coaches will be there to supervise and spot necessary skills for safety. This is great to join on a rainy/snowy day or to just get the kids moving. ( Drop in classes welcome for $5/class. Please email us to check on availability.)
Mondays from 9-10am
This class is designed for the younger athletes working on a variety of skills from the very basics through backwalkovers, front walkovers, and back handsprings. The staff at ND Elite will let you know at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of the athlete to move to one of our regular tumbling classes.
